About Our Salon

     We would like to welcome you and provide more information about our salon to ensure your visit is a pleasant one. We want you to notice the services TriExperts Hair Center offers, and that we will continue to add others as new practices and processes develop.

     Think of TriExperts Hair Center not only as a salon, but a place to relax, talk, read, and enjoy each others company. Please feel free to share with us your comments and suggestions, because a pleasant and safe environment is our concern, so we welcome the input!

    We custom blend our products for each client because what works best for one may not work best for another. Maintenance is a two way street; we need your cooperation. It is important that clients keep up with hair care or treatment program appointments so that we may work with you to devise the best hair care procedures to achieve anticipated results. We look forward to servicing you.

     TriExperts Hair Center makes it a priority to satisfy our clients to the best of our ability. This includes taking every possible measure to offer all of the necessary services to achieve and maintain healthy hair.  We believe that this process takes effort and dedication, and we WILL NOT compromise quality we offer our clients.

     We custom blend our products to retain the good health and care of our clients' hair, according to individual needs.

     We strive to preserve a peaceful and comfortable environment so that all our clients may relax and allow us to treat their hair and scalp offering the experience your hair and scalp can appreciate.

Salon Etiquette

   TriExperts Hair Center creates a safe and relaxing environment.  We implement specific policies and procedures that are non-negotiable; so that our clients can be assured that, they are treated fairly and respectfully.  This also includes the safety of everyone in the salon.

SALON CONDUCT:
    As a courtesy to other clients, please keep all conversations at a low respectful level. Please keep all cell phone conversations BRIEF; and at a respectable tone, otherwise, please use cell phones outside the building.  Clients are not allowed to make or receive phone calls from the salon’s business phone.

    Please do not remove hair attachments or extensions in the reception area (i.e., braids, weaves, ponytails, etc.). If there is a hairstyle needing removal before service there will be an additional charge. 


CONSULTATION APPOINTMENTS:
    Consultation appointments are REQUIRED PRIOR to any service appointments.  An average 15 to 45 minutes.  


PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND CHILDREN UNDER 15:
    For the security of all parties involved, we ask that if the client is age fifteen (15) years and under or disabled (mentally and/or physically) that a parent or legal guardian/custodian signs giving their consent to be serviced in our salon.  A parent or legal guardian/custodian must also be responsible for scheduling future hair care appointments.

    Due to insurance liabilities, and with respect to our other clientele CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED in the salon unless they are being serviced.  Parents, please monitor your children.  They are to be SUPERVISED GOING TO THE RESTROOM. Children 10 and under must have a parent present for duration of appointment. 


SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS:
   You MUST call 24 HOURS in advance prior to your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel an appointment.  The No Show/Late Cancellation Fee is $35 per appointment(prices vary by service scheduled).  Our salon WILL NOT reschedule your appointment until the $35 No Show/Late Cancellation Fee has been paid.  No more than three (3) appointments may be scheduled at a time by each client.

 

Any Treatment Program Clients are allowed to reschedule/miss 2 appointments. Upon the third appointment rescheduled the program is canceled and must be restarted.


CONFIDENTIAL HISTORY, PROFILE, HAIR ANALYSIS, CONSULTATION AND SAFETY INFORMATION:
    Please fill out ALL necessary forms ACCURATELY and COMPLETELY.  We take our services rendered very seriously.  Therefore, we expect our policies and procedures to be regarded in the same manner.  All information is held in strict confidence, and is only viewed by authorized employees/staff members of TriExperts Hair Center.

    All clients will be informed of the condition, quality, any disorders and/or damage found in their hair and scalp (if any).  In addition, of any hair care regimens our trichologist recommends. TriExperts Hair Center will not be held responsible or liable if you choose not to adhere to these recommendations or acknowledge the analysis and condition of your hair or scalp.  We will NOT be held responsible or liable when clients choose to use products not recommended by our salon or have hair services rendered outside of our salon.  TriExperts Hair Center reserves the right to take photographs during an appointment of the client’s hair and/or scalp.  Hair Analysis & Consultations are valid for ONLY thirty (30) days from signature date.  Our salon will not be held responsible for damage done by clients whom, on their own or within another licensed establishment, remove bonded or sewn wefts, braids, weaves or ANY other hair attachments/extensions. 

    Although we do not reveal our salon’s “exclusive” product mixtures or custom blended formulas, MSDS sheets are available upon request.  We DO NOT use products that are brought in by clients.

    All client information and service procedures are confidential and/or private.  Please respect the privacy of other clients while they are being serviced.

    It is important that your client records have correct and current information.  In the future, if your mailing or email address or any phone number has changed, please inform the front desk so your file is updated.

    In the event of ANY emergency, we may need to contact someone for you.  Please provide the required emergency contact information.  Indicate any adverse reactions to chemicals, cosmetics and/or allergies, medical conditions, etc. we should be aware of.  This information is vital to your safety in our salon.

PAYMENT FOR SERVICES RENDERED AND RETAIL PURCHASED:
TriExpert Hair Center gratefully accepts CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, American Express, FSA/HSA.  

DISCOUNT PROGRAMS AND PROMOTIONS:
    Please let the front desk know if you are 55 or older to receive the 10% Senior Citizen Discount (with proof).

 

All policies and procedures are established at the discretion of TriExperts Hair Center.  Our salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.  By signing and submitting your agreement, you are stating you have read, understood and agreed to TriExperts Hair Center Agreement To Salon Policies and Procedures. and subject to change without notice.
